Free USPS first class shipping for orders that total over $29.99 or more after any discounts have been applied. For other orders, we charge a flat rate of $3.99 for ground shipping, $25.00 for express shipping, and $35.00 for overnight. This offer also applies to APO/FPO addresses.
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you would like your order shipped to a PO Box, please select United States Postal Service during checkout.
U.S. orders usually arrive within about 2-3 days with express shipping and 3-5 days with ground shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours only. We do not ship, nor does FedEx deliver, on weekends or holidays.
Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Outside the contiguous of the United States
Flat Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories is just $9.99.
Canadian orders are charged a flat rate of $9.99 USD per order, and take 10-15 days on average to arrive. All other orders outside the United States will be charged a flat rate of $24.99 for shipping, and usually take 10-20 business days.
International orders are welcome. Please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All teas are prepared fresh for each order and will be sent out at the soonest availability. If any product does not meet your expectations you may return the item for a prompt exchange, replacement or 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of the receipt, excluding shipping and handling costs. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay for all shipping costs. If exchange is due to an error on our part, we will refund shipping and handling.
Please ensure that all shipping information is current and correct. Refunds for packages that are sent back because of incorrect information will be excluding the cost of shipping. Any packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur a second shipping charge to be sent out.
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Be sure to save the damaged cartons and their contents in their original condition until your refund or replacement is arranged. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, or additional charges may be applied.
