The gluten in wheat damages the intestinal lining and cause symptoms like pain, stool inconsistency, anemia, bloating, and fatigue, according to studies.
Studies also show that gluten wears the lining of the intestines causing undigested contents to “leak” from the digestive tract into the bloodstream.
Wheat Linked To Psoriasis
In a January 2012 study, published by researchers at the University of Bergen and Haukeland University Hospital, 37 psoriasis patients and 37 healthy controls people were giving wheat to test if the element peptides, found in grain effects psoriasis. The researcher concluded that peptide might be an issue for patients with psoriasis after they saw stimulation of the condition after the subjects consumed wheat.
